The main living room and kitchen/diner area have large windows to the front with the views towards central London, and side windows in the living room and bedrooms over Montevetro and the Thames.

The main front room is open plan kitchen/dining area and living room, nominally separated by a structural concrete column that you will either love for its modernist presence or hate for its immovability!
There are wool carpets throughout. The kitchen/dining area has a wood laminate floor, with soundproofing felt laid underneath it.
The flat plaster walls are painted white throughout.
The kitchen has ample storage, a stainless 1 1/2 bowl sink with large draining area, and good work-surfaces, a stainless gas hob with electric fan oven underneath and an extractor fan built in to the cupboard above. There is a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine fitted (and a drying room with washing line for clothes on the communal landing to which the flat has a key).
There are fire alarms fitted, and a fire blanket and fire extinguisher supplied in the kitchen.
The combi boiler, gas meter and 3 bar pressure pump are in a tall cupboard with room for ironing board and vacuum cleaner, broom etc. The boiler is serviced annually when the property Gas Safety test is undertaken.
The Bedrooms
The two bedrooms are similar sized double rooms. There is a lot of storage; with built in cupboards, wardrobes and shelves, a chest of draws and a double bed with storage underneath in each room.
The Bathroom
The bathroom has a basin with storage cupboard below and stainless mirrored vanity unit above. The bath and shower work well, and there is a heated towel rail and extractor fan with humidistat. Water pressure is boosted by the 3 bar pressure pump in the kitchen so showers are good!
There is a separate toilet with a small wash basin.
The Hall
The hall has a storage shelf and coat hooks on the right as you come in, then bedroom 1 and 2 on the left, and the bathroom and separate toilet on the right.

New digital TV aerials have been fitted to the blocks to allow access to digital satellite TV (Sky and other Astra 2 signals and Hotbird), digital terrestrial TV (Freeview), analogue terrestrial TV (BBC, ITV, CH4 and 5), and Digital Audio Broadcast radio.
There is no water meter fitted.
